I bought one of your books but the copy is faulty (e.g. some pages are missing). What should I do about this?

Therefore, if you have one such copy then the best thing to do is to return the faulty book to the bookseller immediately, who will replace it with another copy straightaway. If the book is unavailable, he should offer you a refund. It may also happen that you realize the problems of the book later on. In that case, if the book is not damaged by you, we can always repair it within a very short period.
